Hi,
We are experiencing an issue where we assigned the route map to the compensation plan; however, when we launch the forms, our assigned route map is not being applied. Instead, a different route map is triggered (see screenshot):
We modified the route map and even created a new one, but only the route map with the step "Alternate Route User Step" is being used as the starting point. This issue does not occur in the DEV and PROD instances—only in TEST.
Is there any explanation for this?

Request clarification before answering.
The issue occurred because the users (planners) did not have permission to log in. After refreshing, this permission (User Login) was enabled. If the planners are inactive (inactive in the sense that they do not have permission to log in), then the default route map will be assigned.

This has only happened to me if my route map was not linked properly/is missing. Can you show a screenshot of the settings page where the route map is attached to the template to ensure it's mapped properly and is named the same thing across instances. It sounds like there is a mis-match still happening somewhere.
