Not sure if customer can access to some privacy reports

Greetings, 

Customer that is our SAP SuccessFactors user, wanted to level up their security and they wanted us to check if they can have a Backup catalog, SOC 2 report, and Audit reports. As we checked, Audit reports are configurable in SAP SF, but we are not sure about the Backup catalog and SOC 2 report. In case they can have it, what is the procedure there to provide it to them? Thank you!

Information related to compliance reports, certificates, and attestations can be found under "SAP Compliance Offerings". For the SOC 2 report, a copy can be requested here: "SAP SuccessFactors HCM SOC 2 Audit Report 2024 H1".

When you mention the Backup catalog, I assume you're referring to the Data Center Backup related to disaster recovery. You can find details about how customers can access these reports in this KBA 2482450 - SuccessFactors Disaster Recovery report.
