Not seeing Standard Companion Content for SAP SuccessFactors

We are in the process of turning on SAP Companion for SuccessFactors.

We have gotten the ? to appear but there is no content. We've checked the Extended WA for content and found that there is some content for navigating the home page in SF but that is not appearing. We also cannot get into edit. 

How do we get the standard content for SF to appear?

How do we get into the edit mode to create content?

Hi Susan,

Yes, you should be able to see standard Simulations in the Learning tab of SAP Companion.  There are no standard Guided Tours, Message Bubbles or Link Tiles for SF.  If it is only the standard Simulations that are an issue, try publishing one of the Simulations and see if it appears in the Learning tab.  If it does, I suspect that publishing is the issue, however, the standard content should already be published.

Thanks, Shane. We will be looking at those permissions for admins, and reading through. In the meantime, I was able to get into edit mode and create a few simple help tiles and my users are going to appreciate that! Can you please confirm that we should be able to see the standard content for SF where it exists in the Connected WA?
