Not being able to proxy certain indivduals

Hi Experts,

In our company, HR Admins should be able to proxy employees.

However, they should not be able to proxy superadmins.

We want to use the RBPs to achieve this.

I am thinking it could be possible to create a custom field called "Allow Proxy" in e.g. job info, and then this can be used for the target group in RBPs. However, this would be a manual process, and ideally the "allow proxy" field would be populated automatically based on a user's permission group. Have anyone done this or something similar before?

All answers appreciated!

Br,
Ines

How far are you willing to go with that? Theoretically you could build a table report that filters on all users in a specific group (lets call it HR admins). That report you'd have to schedule to an SFTP. You'd then need to get an intergration center file in place to pick up the file and write something of that file somewhere (perhaps a custom field in the UDF). That way you have a rather automated way to do it, but as said its not super easy to achieve. With middleware this would be a bit easier perhaps.

Possible, for the proxy management rights, the target group should be a group without the super admins.

Anyway to exclude these automatically? We have almost 100 super admins.

That's why I am looking for an automatic solution.

(Why we have so many is another discussion 🙂 )
