Not able to see SuccessFactors standard Fields mentioned in SAP Help documentation in sf pmsalesdemo

We have taken SuccessFactors standard fields from SAP Help Documentation for The Job Requisition but we are not able to see those fields into successfactors pmsalesdemo instance.

these are the standards fields that we taken from documentation

I want to know if the SAP documentation is older ? or we are missing some step to see exactly these fields in pmsaleddemo instance ?
