Not able to close the requisition

Hi Experts,

We are facing a problem in E Recruitment that when ever recruiter is trying to close the requisition then system gives a message that there are open assignments you cant close the requisition  but when we go & check the activity in each candidate then all activities are in complete status.

Can any one help me understand why system is then giving this message & is there some standard report available to check open assignments against a requisition in SAP ECC 6.

Hi

I am not able to understand as in front end only candidates & their activities are visible against a requisition so how should I reset the application/candidacy status.

Pl be little bit elaborative to help me understand.

Hi Puneet,

All candidacies / applications should be in a status other than "in process". As long as this is still the case, the system will not let you close the requisition since there are still candidates that need to be processed (rejected, hired, .. )
