Not able to add new SAP Companion content, e.g., Help Topic, Guided Tour on SAP S4 Fiori

For a Client, we have configured SAP Companion for SAP S4 Fiori. As a result, I can see the In-App Help panel with the Edit (Pencil) icon. However, when I click the Pencil icon, I CANNOT see the "+" icon to add new content, such as Help Topic and Guided Tour. Any reason for this? We tried multiple things; checked the details in SEN Manager as well, but could not resolve the issue. Please help.

Hi All, the above question has been resolved. Sharing the info on how I resolved it for the benefit of others.

I kind of redid everything from the beginning, updated the correct Workarea and parameters on SAP Fiori side as mentioned below:

• editor=true
• dataUrlUACP=https://help.sap.com/webassistant
• dataUrlSEN2= Work rea URL with the ID, for example, <https://<customer name>.enable-now.cloud.sap/wa/<workareaID>
• serviceLayerVersion=EXT. I added EXT here, because I wanted to go for Extended Content scenario. 

  Finally, in the CORS Allowed Sites section in SEN Manager, removed individual website names, and just added "*". It worked. Thank you.
