Hi All,
My customer is from "Norway", and has a requirement that when they give an employment contract to an employee who is going to be a replacement for an existing employee, they mention name of that exiting employee on the contract (mostly in case of parental leave, LOA etc.).
Example: you will be replacing person ABC on the position XYZ for the period of X months
This is a common practice in Norway (and may be in other countries I've not heard of. This customer is live with SAP SuccessFactors-Employee Central in other countries and, about to go for rollout in Norway now.
I would like to know if anyone from this group has come across such requirement and if yes, Do we have any standard solution in SAP SF itself to leverage in order to address such requirement. How can this be addressed in SAP SF Position Management integrated with opentext for contracts generation?

Seen similar things, the easiest fix is just having a custom field with that info filled out by the admin.
