Non mandatory comments of Manager not displayed in PM form in the next step.

Hello Everyone,

We have the performance form in which Managers are not required to comment against each goal/competencies when they complete the Mid Year assessment. However, few managers still provides the comments.

When PM form reaches employee in year end assessment step, employees do not see comments provided by manager against non-mandatory sections. Is it an expected behavior?

Can you please provide further inputs on the following points -

1. are you capturing comments in the standard item comments field or using a custom field to capture mid-year comments?

2. Is the other's rating tab visible to the employee during year-end self assessment?

Hello Adeeb,

I believe we have used the standard field and we have the other's rating tab visible to employees. In year-end assessment, they are only able to see the manager's comments made against the mandatory fields and not against non-mandatory fields.
