no tiles displayed in Fiori Launchpad - SEN Cloud 2105

dear all,

do you know if a "failed to load catalogs" in Fiori launchpad (= no tiles are displayed) might have any connection to SEN configuration?

I've been searching this Jam Group, SAP questions and more and found no answer.

• S/4HANA 2020 On Premise
• Fiori 1.84.1
• SAP Gateway is active
• SEN Cloud 2105
• Web Dispatcher yes
• Extended Content Scenario
• I do have all required authorizations.

Hi Marna,

I do not think that this is related to SAP Enable Now, especially if we talk about empty tiles in the Fiori Launchpad. An empty Web Assistant panel, ok that could be an configuration issue, but not what you are describing. At least I never heard about it.

Maybe you can attach a screenshot for other solution experts so that they can better identify the issue.

If you can not get this issue fixed via the community please consider to create a S/4HANA On Premise technical incident.

thanks for your answer, Michael - I too think this looks like "something else" than SEN, but I needed to take all elements into account. I attach the screenshot as you suggest. I also add that the issue is erratic, ie I haven't managed to figure out any trigger for that. I had no tiles a couple of hours ago, now it's all working.
