1. When recording simulations with Quick Recording profile, why there is no screen name being captured? How to capture it?

2. When I playback simulations from producer, the slides in the browser playback is not aligning with the slides in WYSIWYG editor. Usually, the slides proceed in accordance with the producer. But its not happening.

(1) Unsurprising as Quick Recording doesn't capture context.

(2) How do you mean it's not happening? They are playing back in a different order, or some are being skipped? In which mode? Preview the simulation from within the Editor and have the playback screen and the editor both visible on your display(s) at the same time - the Editor should progress in parallel to the Playback (the two should be in sync). Is that not happening? Keep an eye on the Editor screen, and check for Steps with no Action, or Steps with multiple screens.

Hi Dirk,

Thanks for the reply.

1) We are not concerned about capturing context. We are using Quick Recording because any of the other recording profile is not productive in recording. Please refer below screenshot which is recorded using Quick Recording and the screen names are missing. So we are supposed to manual add those.

2) SEN cloud version - In demo mode, they are playing in the right order and nothing skipped. "The playback screen and the editor both visible on your display(s) at the same time - The Editor should progress in parallel to the Playback (the two should be in sync)" - Yes, this is not happening.

Oh, I see now. No, you won't get that with a Quick Recording. Sorry.

Is this an on premise installation? I heard of a similar problem with a customer who just upgraded their on-prem SEN. If that's the same as your situation, open an incident/Case with SAP.
