Hi experts,
I created a scheduled job in provisioning with job type as "MDF data import FTP" and linked with SFTP server.
I stored the encrypted file (.csv.pgp) in the server and run the import job. The result mentioned that..
Company: .....
Total records: 0
Number of failed records: 0
The Import was successfully completed.
I confirmed that my encrypted import file has the records inside. What could it be the cause? I tried to investigate and figure out many cases but I have no ideas so far. Do I miss configuration on something?
Thank you in advance for your helping me

Hi Kimoto,
It is different to say a reason by these information. generally you could check these points:
1. File format: Ensure that the file you are importing is in the correct format and matches the expected structure defined in the import configuration. Check if there are any missing or extra columns, incorrect headers, or formatting issues in the file.
2. Encryption: Verify that the encryption and decryption processes are working correctly. Double-check the encryption method, encryption key, and decryption key used for the import job. Ensure that the file is properly encrypted and can be decrypted successfully.
3. File location: Make sure that the file is stored in the correct location on the SFTP server and that the import job is configured to access the correct directory. Check the file path, folder permissions, and file name to ensure they are accurate.
4. Mapping and field configuration: Review the field mapping and configuration settings in the import job. Ensure that the fields in the import file are correctly mapped to the corresponding fields in Employee Central. Check if any required fields are missing or if there are any data type mismatches.
5. Data validation: Check if there are any data validation rules or business rules configured in Employee Central that might be causing the import to fail. Review the validation settings and ensure that the data in the import file complies with these rules.
6. Job logs: Examine the job logs for any error messages or warnings that might provide more information about the issue. Look for any specific error codes or descriptions that can help identify the cause of the problem.
That's all I can say at this point.

Hi joey.li1
Thank you for the reply.
We are now under the UAT. And this is happen at the customer side. When I re-test all records was imported successfully.
i think there is no record in customer import file. but unfortunately, we cannot unlock to confirm that encrypt file.
I have no ideas how to investigate more about this point.
