NO_MANAGER successfactors routmap development

Hi guys.

Could you help me with an example of: how to set the rout-map in order to evaluate an employee which his/her supervisor is an external one ?

Note: Currently this employee has NO_MANAGER as supervisor.

Hello,

Regular performance route map does not support external participants, only 360 does. Hence depending on your form configuration you may either use a 360 form with external participants, or create this external participant in SuccessFactors as a regular user assigned as the employee's manager and then use a Performance Review.
