No entries in in shortlist column in MSS .

Hi Experts ,

External and Unregistered external candidates have applied to a Job post .

These candidates are appearing in search.

But there is no corresponding entry in Shortlist column in MSS .

MSS

Hiring Manager  : Mr XYZ .

No data Available .

Requisition Monitor Tab :                                           Candidates

Requisition    Request    Status          created on    Shortlisted   total  In Process Withdrawn Rejected

Reqtest         blank      Released     07.03.2013      0                 2         2                  0               0

As there is 0 in Shortlised column , so no candidate is appearing in Candidate Assessment .

Yes , Manager is in support team with role manager .

there is a questionnaire activity created for the candidate where the manager is assigned as the processor.

I am not getting this , where to do ? Where is this Process by or Completed by ?

A view is mentioned there  'V77RCF_ACTDEF_PL',

Problem 2 :

There is entry in ' New Registered Candidates' in Recruiter tab .

Recruiter dashboard is like this :

Requisition  Manager   Day snce release  AppEntry Preselection Selection Offer Rejection

Reqtest         XYZ               4                         3             0                  0               0        0        

Now How recruiter will move candidate to Preselection then selection and so on to other processes .

Yes , i have assigned process template to it .

I have assigned activities to processes .

So, How can i do it ?

When i go to Candidate search link i Recruiters tab .

I can aceess Candidates .

But when i checked Activity tab :

Requisition  Alias    HM   Lead Recrutr  Applied on    Candidate status  Process      Activity                  

Reqtest        req     XYZ    XYZ               10.03.2013    in process           Appl entry    Questnary in app 

Reqtest        req     XYZ    XYZ               10.03.2013    in process           Appl entry    check documents 

And so on .

But Process Maintained here is only 'APPLICATION ENTRY' , other process like preselection , selection etc are not there .

In my Process Template i have assigned application entry, preselection, selection, offer phase etc .

Pls , Experts help me out  .

1- About the shortlist, look at the following thread http://scn.sap.com/thread/3254852

You need to either assign a questionaire to the manager, or adjust the badi to ignore the questionaire.

2. Normally you will click on the exact number on the dashboard, in your case the number 3 under APP Entry. This will lead you to the next screen where you can select candidates, perform activities, and/or allocate candidates to the different phases, preselection, selection and so on...

3. Your process template defines which activities that can be performed for each requisition as a draft. There is an option to show all activities, but using the template, creates a better overview for the recruiter. Also more advanced options is available while creating the template, eg. assigning questionnaires etc.

Yes , you are right , it is navigating to Assignment  .

Even , there is Assignment tab there .

BADI: HRRCF00_SHORTLIST is already activated .

Actully, i was not getting where is Processed by or Completed by Field ?

I was thinking that processed by need to assign in Questionary template  and ofcourse it is not there .

And yes, even it was mentioned in other links 'Questionary Activity' .

Coz, i din't check Assignments , thats why i was not able to find this activity where  we have to assign Questionary to manager ...

What a stupid mistake that was !!!!
