No entries in in shortlist column in MSS .

Hi Experts ,

External and Unregistered external candidates have registered to a Job post .

These candidates are appearing in search.

But there is no corresponding entry in Shortlist column in MSS .

MSS

Hiring Manager  : Mr XYZ .

No data Available .

Requisition Monitor Tab :                                           Candidates

Requisition    Request      Status                  created on               Shortlisted     total      In Process   Withdrawn    Rejected

Reqtest         blank          Released            07.03.2013                 0                    2            2                      0               0

As there is 0 in Shortlised column , so no candidate is appearing in Candidate Assessment .

I , haver gone through this link , which relates same problem .

Yes , Manager is in support team with role manager .

there is a questionnaire activity created for the candidate where the manager is assigned as the processor.

I am not getting this , where to do ?

Problem 2 :

There is entry in ' New Registered Candidates' in Recruiter tab .

Recruiter dashboard is like this :

Requisition        Manager    Day since release   ApplicationEntry  Preselection   Selection  Offerphase  Rejection    All    Internal post    External post

Reqtest            XYZ                        2                            3                        0                    0               0                    0            2         0                        1

It seems ok till .

Now How recruiter will move candidate to Preselection then selection and so on to other processes .

Yes , i have assigned process template to it .

I have assigned activities to processes .

So, How can i do it ?

When i go to Candidate search link i Recruiters tab .

We are experiencing the same issue, where candidates are not showing up in the Shortlisted column for managers in MSS.  They are all in the correct process (status), and all appear correctly for the Recruiter dashboard.  The manager's dashboard is not correct.  How did you resolve your issue?

Hi Deborah,

It must be some activity in list of Activities.

When Candidate Process is performed, in Preselection, Selection, etc, there are list of activities available for Recruiters.

Check Activities : Candidate Ranking, Assignment Ranking, Assign Questionnaire to Manager.

This will solve your issue.

Hi Pankaj,

Do you get no data at all in the requisition monitor or do you mean the column "shortlisted" is not updated?

With activities you move the candidates from one process to the other.

I am using above Scenario .

My problem is that in ADOBE FORM, there are few buttons like Select Requisition Template, Select Position, Select Branch .

Now, i am able to make entries in all input fields, all dropdown fields .

But if i hit any of that select button , all dropdown got stuck .

After that i can't use any of the dropdown , i have to close the adobe form and start it again .

Pls tell , how to resolve it , what could be the possible solution ?

The Adobe Form processes are not handled in E-Recruiting directly. Best would be to create that thread directly in:

Thanx for Your prompt reply .

I have done that .

But what about Workflow 45600028, i am able to complete that step .

Now as per the process, Request should go to superiro manager for approval .

It is going , but i don't know on which base it is finding approver .

I can check it in Requisition Monitor in MSS , via details button .

Approval ---->  MR xyz . So ,I think it is randomly picking .

And in Mr XYZ inbox, Request is coming but name of the task is " NO employee Assigned : Requisition Rquest " .

Moreover, i am able to process that task , approve , reject, etc .

Even i was having problem there too .

Task : ts79100001 was registered as Webdynpro java in swfvisu, so i changed it in Webdynpro abap .
