No API to find relation for 'JobReqTemplate' and 'JobAppTemplate'

Hello Experts,

We are not able to find any API that can give relation between Job Req Template and Job App Template.
We could get system wide Metadata but it only list Template Entity Names but does not provide relation between them.

We need to know relation between JobAppTemplate_<TemplateName> and JobReqTemplate_<TemplateName> via SF APIs only.

Did you ever get a response to this? I am also searching for something similar (how to get the JobAppTemplate name by id only)
