We need to have a way to enforce the disposition of candidates into OFCCP compliant statuses and not allow the recruiter to close the req without this.
For example, a new hire has gone into Onboarding, the req goes to close, but there are still 50 people in various active statuses. We do not want them to go to Requisition Closed, but rather into statuses such as Does not meet qualifications, Does not meet education requirements etc.
Has anyone had to do anything similar previously?
