Newly created goal/objective not reflected in the Performance Review Form

Dear Experts

We have the following issue.

When the goal/ objective is created via goal management it is not reflected in the already launched form.

However when the goal/ objective is created via Performance Review Form it is automaticaly also reflected in the goal management.

Could you please advise?

Dear 0000977501,

Goals created from Goal Management are not inherently connected to performance forms that were initiated prior to the goal creation.

On the other hand, when you create goals within a Performance Review Form, the system can be customized to automatically establish a linkage between these goals and Goal Management by enabling the auto-sync option.
