New to SF LMS Admin - Where is this date being populated from?

Probably a silly question, i cannot figure out where the November 1, 2023 date is coming from. I have checked both the curricula and the item level and cant see this date indicated anywhere.

Hi

That date is calculated based on the setting on the item, but form within the curricula.

From the Curricula record, click the "Contents" tab, then click the "Manage Content" button. You'll get a popout window where the item should be. Click the "+" sign beside the item, and you'll see all the fields that contribute to the item due date calculation.

Can I clarify that that date would be the expiry date? So, on November 1 the training is expired and that is when the retraining period will kick in?

Hi Paula,

That is the due date. After November 1st, the Item will become overdue. The retraining is usually be based on the most recent completion date but again, that would depend specifically on how the retraining is configured on that item (inside the curricula)
