New section in job info

I'm trying to create a new section in Job Info in > Manage Business Configuration but the mandatory fields like Identifier, Section ID, and Based on HRIS Element are not editable. I've already checked the permissions, and it doesn't seem to be a permission issue. Does anyone know if it's possible to create a new section in Job Info, and if so, how to resolve this?

Hi @justinmessina , the hris section is specific from jobInfo portlet and cannot be customized or created a new one. Please refer to KBA https://me.sap.com/notes/2591772

@Kayla_Huang Such a shame! There is an improvement request which looks to be gaining some traction so hopefully this feature will be implemented soon.

Hi @DanielyCarvalho 

HRIS elements are directly managed by SAP and custom sections cannot be created by Customers or Partners whereas custom fields can be created within the HRIS element and group in the available sections provided by SAP.
