New role in ONB 1.0

Hi,

New roles can be created in the Onboarding 1.0 SuperAdmin console, or should I create an incident to sap? I can't find a procedure to create them

Hi Lorena,

In this case depend of you need, in onboarding 1.0 are all the standard roles for process operation. If you need create a new role to access in onboarding you should create this role in RBP and in onboarding 1.0 as group, then for job sync to roles the system update the users in onboarding with this onboarding group.

But if you need other roles type if is necessary create a SAP ticket for this new role, but i think that is not necessary because you have all the standard roles in onb 1.0.
