New Position Event (Intelligent Services Center)

Hi,

When we try to use this event we have realized that is not possible to create a Business rule for Position Object with a "Then" --> Execute: "trigger New Position event" (this does not exisits)

We do not know how to trigger our event.

Does anyone know how to do it?

We were trying to fill a custom object with the externalcode of the newly created position (using the Integration Center to map the position and this custom object, but the event is not triggered).

Dear spqrtorstr,

For Position ISC events you don't need to assign any rule to the object or any other object, you just need to change the 'Raise Events' to yes, under Position Management Setting > Integration:
