New Open Ecosystem Partner: Getting Access to SuccessFactors Development Licenses

My company has been accepted into the SAP PartnerEdge Open Ecosystem program. We would like to get access to development licenses for SuccessFactors. Our Open Ecosystem status is "Agreement Started", and our Service Authorization-SAP SuccessFactors HCM status is "Requested". What other steps do we need to take? We haven't been able to find answers with the Support Toolkit.

You are eligible to order the TDD license if you have an OE Build/Service partnership agreement.

Just a +1 on this. We have the same status Agreement Started and applied for an Open Ecosystem Build Authorization which seems to be required to access test instances.

That application has now been in "Requested" state for 20 days and counting and trying to get any action through support tickets has been unsuccessful - I only get "I will check with my colleagues" answers and then crickets.
