How does a manager get to the MyTeam section of learning from the new homepage?
How does a user record an external training event?
Request clarification before answering.
They need to go to the Homepage Toggle switch up in the top righthand corner and then toggle back to the legacy homepage to go to the old view and then they will find their My Team section along with the other functionality that are yet to be developed within the new homepage.
There is a really good presentation done as a part of the VIP Program Event Material – SAP SuccessFactors Learning Series 2 where they go through all the in-&-outs of the new Integrated Learning Experience (ILX) homepage and what you need to do to get ready for day 1 and beyond etc. as well as the expected roadmap for future functionality.

Hello @chrisstokes4 ,
Thank you for posting this! I was wondering the same. We were excited about the new Learning Home experience until I found out that some existing features were no longer there. I would not recommend turning on the new Learning Home until at least 1H 2024 (stabilization phase - to find out more). Here is at least what I know won't be available for the 2H 2023 release:
My Team however, can still be accessed when you:
1) click on any training items that redirects you to item details page (It is visible on the top left corner)
2) search of items via library
Thanks.

With @nehadhawan answer in mind I would recommend that you check out the comments in the following discussion thread:
2h2023 Learning Landing page missing "My Classes" ... - SAP Community Groups
And add what you think that your company will decide to do.

Hi @chrisstokes4 ,
Try to get added to the SAP Learning SIG: https://groups.community.sap.com/t5/sap-successfactors-learning-user-group/gh-p/learning-sig
Or maybe @former_member47355 can add you to the https://groups.community.sap.com/t5/sap-successfactors-learning-user-group-discussions/successfactor...
Cheers,

Hi Chris- You can access the manager view and other links by switching off the new experience from the top. We are planning to release the access links soon. Hope this helps!

Hi @nareyes,
this is the question that I (& my clients) have been asking?
The new ILX page only brings it's great new capabilities that will benefit so few companies that have a mature fully fledged environment but leave a large portion of the SF LMS population "out in the cold".
I joined the SAP SF Learning SIG last night and got them to run a poll on who would be going live with the:
Which isn't a great endorsement of this change as these people come from the companies that generally are at the forefront of Companies in their utilisation of the LMS functionality.
I also feel that this was a release to give them something to talk about for Learning without any consideration for how the product is used in reality and not in the utopian world that we would all like our systems to be in if we had the money and resources to put into them.
Regards,
Nathan H.
In the New Learning Experience guide PDF that was published by SF, it says that the "Manager Experience" is a feature that's coming later. So, my interpretation is that those functions don't exist yet.
The document is titled "Guide for Integrated Learning Experience Transition.pdf" and it was sent to me by my manager, so I'm not actually sure where on the SF site it lives.

Hi EricAdrams
There are quite a few functions/features that aren't available yet in the 2H 2023 new Integrated Learning Experience (ILX) homepage. Though most are slated for future release in the SAP LMS Roadmap there are still some features that aren't discussed when they will be coming (E.g. Assigning Delegate/s, Reporting, My Teams, My Classes, Record Learning History, Record External Training Event, Request External Training etc..).
I'd like to see everyone get together to discuss this so I'm directing people to review and add their feedback on the following post:
Re: 2h2023 Learning Landing page missing "My Class... - SAP Community Groups
I'm especially interested to hear what approach people are going to take with this release (e.g. Opt-In or Opt-Out).
Please go to the above link and leave your thoughts.
Regards,
Nathan H.
