New Learning Experience Library item visibility delay in stage

Hello.

We opened a ticket (https://me.sap.com/case/002075129400005198422024) regarding an issue noticed in customer testing of their LMS. 

When items are added to a library, they are not immediately visible to users in the New Learning Experience. According to documentation, users must wait up to 24 hours for an item added to a library to be visible. In our testing, we found it was taking days for an item to appear. Upon further investigation with Support, it was explained to us that, in the stage environments, items added to a library may take up to a week to be visible to users. 

Since stage environments are used to test libraries, assignments, items, and other aspects of the LMS before they are applied to production, this means that testing an item thoroughly can take over a week, with most of that time spent just waiting for the item to be visible to a user after it is added to a library.

Is there any way we can, at minimum, get items to be visible to end-users in the stage environment on the same schedule as for production to make testing of items take less than a week? This is really quite a problem for implementation where our testing cycles are only 1-1.5 weeks total.
