New I-9 Form - Use Beginning August 1, 2023

Hello All,

Regarding a new I-9 form is coming out and need to begin using it August 1, 2023, although employers may continue to use the older Form (revised 10/21/19) through 10/31/23. 

is the new form automatically updated in EVerify? Otherwise, what actions are needed on our end to start using the new form?

We are still on Onboarding1.0.

I am not seeing in the information referenced the actual date that the new form will be made available? There is a reference to a patch, however maybe I am missing the actual date?

For Onboarding, we are planning on patching the new Form I-9 to all Preview environments on 3 October 2023. The Form will be activated for Onboarding Production instances on 17 October 2023.

For Onboarding 1.0, we are planning on patching the new Form I-9 to Preview with 10 October 2023. The Form will be activated for Onboarding 1.0 Production instances on12 October 2023.
