New hire Inactive in header but Job Information is Active on hire date

Hi Everyone,

We have a scenario where the new hires on the hire date appear "Active" in the job information and all the information is appearing (personal info, job info, compensation, etc) but eh user doesn't appear when we search for him in the search box and only appear when we search him "including inactive in the search" and appear inactive.

This behavior changes some hours later and the user becomes active everywhere.

Hour HRIS is running every day at 23h55 GMT so, should pick up these new hires.

Do you had a similar situation before?

Hi Joana, 

I am facing the same issue. Even after the HRIS sync has run, the employee status does not get synced from Job Info to EP. In this case the employee has hire date as of yesterday. It happened in the past for other users and my conclusion was that it takes time, since on the day after the user was already active. Hopefully we will find a more logical reason soon.
