Hi,
Our SAP referent has adviced us that there is a possibility to have a flexible experience in the goal management; in this case the first matrix manager could load objectives and change them when they prefer (it is preferred to have a limit of months before he could change them). Assuming that the manager could change his goals 4 times/year is it possibile to have the average of all the goals? I will load the picture of what we would like to have in our instance.
