New Course home not launching SAP DMS pdfs inside AICC wrapper.

My company has literally thousands of items that launch a pdf from the SAP Document management system. With the new course home, the documents do not launch inside the AICC wrapper and are not usable. As a customer, I would like to maintain the right to disable the course home. Please contact your sales support people and ask that they can give us the option of adopting the new course home page.

Hi Daniel,

Thanks for your response. All these instructions use the system wrapper that comes with the product. We are not using a custom wrapper. I do have a support ticket active with SAP and I am hoping for a correction or for SAP to allow customers to enable the course home only when they are ready.

I saw this issue after we moved to an https url for our document server. Figured it was due to security.

Hi Brian, For us, the problem does not appear to be security related. I wish it was. The pdf will not display inside the AICC wrapper. I have reported this to support and sales. This could be a significant problem.

Use an outside device, if it the URL can be accessed publicly then the LMS server should be able to access it, but generally it should be https and have no firewall or credential prompts (sometimes you don't notice the latter two when using devices inside your domain if configured by your IT team)
