New Admin is created in Bizx but not able to access Learning Administrator

Team, New Admin is created in Bizx but not able to access Learning Administrator page

new user created in Bizx eg: LMSADMIN not able to login as LMS administrator. Like wise need to create 6 administrators

Even added related user to Administrator. Please  help to resolve asap.

You need to create the users as Admins in Learning Administration and assign the Admin role that they will need
