We have a scenario with one of our clients . Our client is having different legal entities spread across different locations and countries which have been configured with different company codes . Now we need to be able to transfer the employees between various company codes across the locations as it is the common practice with client . but when i try to run through PA40 action error message " org reassignment not possible" is displayed . As i know that according to sap standard procedure , transfer between different company codes not possible . Is there any other way with which we can do inter company code transfer of the employees?. kindly help me in this regard .
Note: We are not implementing SAP payroll for this client . we are doing only HTR and CATS implementation . so the All the org data and personnel data including personnel actions will be loaded into SAP via inbound interface , The employees enter the time via CATS in SAP and the time records will be passed to third party via Out bound interface.
