Need to have Employee ID when the Candidate applies to Internal Job posting. It should be visible to the Recruiter . And if it is visible will it flow to Onboarding . Thanks in advance.

Hi @Anamika1008 ,

• The "employeeId" field is a special standard field that is used in the process of RCM-EC integration (Manage Pending Hires Flow). This field is not displayed on the candidate profile, as other standard fields configured are, until the conversion is complete and is only displayed as a read-only label below the Resume/Cover Letter section.
• The employeeId field will only display on internal candidate profiles where a conversion has taken place.
• The "employeeId" field must be defined as required="false" in the Candidate Profile Template

@karthick , If employee applies to any Internal Job so will the Employee ID be visible in Candidate Workbench or when Initiating the Onboarding

Hi @Anamika, yes it will come and also give employee ID permission for recruiters so that they can see in candidate workbench. Thanks,kr,karthick.
