Need to give Delta exam for employee central module.

Hi,

I have completed my SF- EC certification in July 2019 and now want to go for the Delta exam of same. I am giving the Delta exam for the first time and not sure for the process. My SAP Learning access is on different id ( official id as my organization is SAP partner) while my training.sap.com login id is different.

How can i link these two ids so that i can appear for the Delta exam , the last date of the exam is 30 Nov 2019.

I have already sent the mail to pe_channel_helpline@sap.com but no response from there end till now.

Also, let me know what can be done to accelerate this process as i dont want to wait till last date of exam for this process.
