Can anyone please help answer the below questions ?

- Is it also possible to forward a candidate from child to parent Req?

- Can a standard req that was already posted previously and has a pool of applicants linked to a parent requisition?

Hi Rama,

Evergreen functionality only "links" two requisitions together but doesn't restrict job posting nor forwarding functionality.

• You can link parent/child reqs at any time
• You can post both parent and/or child reqs
• You can forward candidates to/from any reqs (not just those flagged as evergreen)

Hi everyone,

I’m exploring the possibility of configuring a single job requisition template with the evergreen functionality in the environment. The escenario is both parent and child job requisitions share the same XML structure. According to <a href="https://userapps.support.sap.com/sap/support/knowledge/E/2858914" target="_blank">KBA 2858914</a>, this should be feasible.

I’d appreciate any insights or best practices on implementing this setup. Specifically:

• Are there any limitations or challenges when using a unified XML for parent and child requisitions

Has anyone successfully implemented this approach? Any recommendations or lessons learned would be highly valuable.
