Need Help on E-recruitment NWBC

Hi Experts,

I have configured E-Recruitment on NWBC and things are fine except the query for candidate is not working.

I'm trying to configure E-Recruiting 605 SP 5, and TREX 7.10.43.00.

I'm not using Portal, I'm using SAP Business Client 3.5 (NWBC) instead.

I've done all necessary configurations as per SAP note 1301016.

When I am generating the index on business objects the result is appearing in numbers like 10, 1015 and so on except for business object “EXT_POST” & “INT_POER”. In addition to this the status column for the above two business objects is “0 -  Initial”, while other business objects like “ERC_CAND” has number of objects as 1017 and status is appearing as “3-completed”.

Just for the information there is no error in SLG1 when I go and check it upon no results in search.

There are result when executing report from R/3 “ COM_SE_SEARCH_IIF_TEST” except the above business objects.

Can anyone please shed some light, is this the reason I am not getting any result when I am executing query from NWBC.

Hello Ahmed,

I am new to E-recruitment,using NWBC as a portal(ECC & E-rec are two different system), Configured as per the requirement, Recruiter, Recruiter Admin,Internal & External Candidate role are working fine.

Issue is with Manager Role, here I am confused from which system(ECC / E-rec) Manager will be accessing E-recruiting services. say In case of EP from Manager use Erec Services based on the roles assigned to the Manager.

At present in system for Manager following roles are assigned to the user (SAP_RCF_MANAGER_SERVICE, SAP_MANAGER_MSS_NWBC)

From E-rec System:I am accessing manager services mentioned below  services I am getting following errors,

Requisition monitor - " I am getting Blank Page"

Requisition Request - " Asking to select the process" where I need to define the process please share step by step.

I appreciate, If you can guide me and throw some light how the Manager Involved in E-recrutiment.
