Hi, Everyone!
Has anyone worked with Professional Services for support on a custom report failing to load? We’re currently facing an issue with an existing Competency Detail report that is scheduled to run daily and send data to the SFTP server. However, it stopped updating and dumping since 1/25/2025.
Would love to hear your experiences or any insights on how you got this resolved! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. 😊

Check the following to resolve the issue:1. Job Logs & Errors – Review scheduled job logs in SM37 (SAP) or application logs for errors.
2. Data Extraction Issue – Verify if the data source (tables/views) has recent data and is accessible.
3. SFTP Connection – Test SFTP connection manually using tools like WinSCP or FileZilla. Ensure credentials and access permissions are valid.
4. Transport & Code Changes – Check if any recent changes were made in the report logic or system updates.
5. Storage & Space – Ensure there’s no storage issue on the SFTP server that could be blocking file uploads.
6. Reschedule & Retry – Manually execute the report and attempt re-sending to identify failure points.
