I need assistance with the file format for Rev_Date for the item connector so I can deactivate an item. I am having trouble getting the MON-DD-YYYY HH24:MI:SS required date format in excel. Any tips appreciated.

Verify the Date Pattern/Time Pattern available on your Admin ID and ensure to keep them as M/d/yyyy (MM/DD/YYYY) and HH:mm:ss. This will help you to extract the exact seconds information when the Item was created.
To convert the value directly on excel, use the function to get the Revision Date into required format.
