Necessary Configuration File - any way to recover?

Getting this error (see screenshot) on one of our recordings that will require a lot of data to re-stage. Anyone seen this or have any recommendations? It played back fine when we took the original, but not working any more.

Hi Emma,

please open up a support ticket for this issue. It sounds like the data from the projects was corrupted somehow but the support team should look into this in more detail.

I agree! The screenshots aren't showing up in Producer either, just the bubbles, highlights, etc.

That trainer is selected as default and published.

Looks little bit scary.. Can you open this simulation in your Producer and see all screenshots there?

Error indicates that trainer (playback bar) cannot find images at all.

Please check if the latest trainer trainer is selected as default and published

Thanks, Anton. To the untrained eye, looks like a bunch of issues and this is just for the initial few steps. Hi eworoch,

To troubleshoot what exactly is missing please open a developer console in your browser when running that faulty simulation.

Normally, this kind of error happens when particular resource (trainer, bubble, etc) or object (screenshot, image etc) are missing.
