Nationality picklist in RCM - Is there a default list?

Hi Everyone,

Still new to SAP SF, asking for some guidance here again. 🙂

We recently realized that our Nationality picklist under the candidate profile holds so many weird values it is hard not to laugh. For example, just a few:

Bolivia (Plurinational state of)
Finn
Georgia people
Greenland people
an indian
Sweatshirt man
Lao People's Democratic Republic
Saint Martin (French part)
Rèè ? Alliance man
Swede
Thailand people?

I'm pretty sure this was customized by someone using some weird translator, or something.

My question would be if there is a default list from SAP that we can go to and revert this list back to? If so, how is that achievable?
