Our current requirement is that if a user does not have nationality details for a specific country, they must add their passport details in the National ID portlet. However, I noticed that during the EC implementation, the default configuration was applied, and passport information is missing for many countries. I am considering manually creating a passport field for all countries in BCUI, but I am unsure about the Display Format and Regular Expression for each country. I created a support ticket for assistance, but they mentioned there is no KBA available that lists the passport Display Format and Regular Expression for all countries, and they recommended submitting an enhancement request. Can anyone provide suggestions on this?
