My Learning - Approval Process if course is full

Hi,

New to the blog but using My Learning for a while.

We have a course set up and this is now full but there are still people showing as pending approval (their managers need to approve they can go on the course)

As the course is now full, what happens when the people in pending are approved by their managers, do they go on the waiting list or does the system tell them the course is full? does anyone know what would happen next?

Hi @michellemahy hope you`re doing well

In my years of experience using LMS, when a class is Full and the users was approved by the manager, they go automatically to the Waitlist, obviously if you set up to the allow the users to move automatically.
