My client is getting a run time error in the middle of recording

Hi, my client is getting a runtime error in Producer.  They are in the middle of a lengthy simulation when recording and not sure if this is the reason that it's due to the length and going across applications?  Please advise.

That doesn't sound like a timing/response issue, but while you mention this is a long recording, I'd suggest:

  1. Increasing all of the server response time limits in Manager > Server Settings
  2. Increasing browser timeouts as per https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2390539
  3. turning off autosave in Producer
  4. Pausing and then Re-starting the recording every couple of minutes to manually save progress to Producer
