We have a requirement to select multiple values for a custom field from available dropdown values (in personal info portlet). Please confirm if we have any workaround option to enable a custom field as multiselect checkbox in any of the EC portlet?
Unfortunately, multi select fields are supported only in Job Requisition templates in RCM module and not supported in other modules. The only option is to configure multiple fields to capture the details.
By my knowledge there is no workaround other than having extra fields for it (and potentially concatenate via a business rule in another field). In RCM there are multiselect fields, but not in EC that I know.
jasper.de.groot Thanks for your reply. Yes that is also my understanding. No checkbox selection option available in EC. ANyway lets see if we get any other suggesion.
