Hi Shikha,

The below blog can be followed to overcome this challenge to maintain double shifts on same day, in SFSF Time Tracking.

I'm not exactly following, because a work schedule is a static thing (meaning that it should thereby just reflect 1 shift). You could technically go for all 3 shifts in 1 schedule, but that doesn't make sense as it would look like you work like 24 hours a day.

Based on a business unit + an extra field (maybe a shift dropdown), a business rule could support in automatically assigning the correct work schedule (and thereby the correct shift).

Unfortunately I cannot as these are general comments (as the info you've provided is quite generic at this point) and if I am correct about multiple shifts being on a single work schedule level your requirement cannot be met.

Questions you'd need to answer for yourself to get towards a solution:
How do you define shifts in your system (is it on work schedule level, just some dropdown or another way)?
What shifts does your customer have and how do you register this in SuccessFactors (morning, afternoon evening won't suffice, you'll really need to dig to the level of how hours or clock times should be distributed in schedules)?
How frequently do they change and if they often change would HR / The employee / HR be willing to change them?
What is the logic for assigning specific shifts?
Etc.
