Multiple Performance Rating - Variable Pay and Compensation

Hello everyone,

We have identified three needs about performance rating on compensation module:

- Show the last three performance rating of each employee on compensation form

- Show multiple performance rating related to movements (Job change) throughout the year

There is any possibility of configuration or any suggestions for us?

It's not possible in standard but there are workarounds :

1. Regarding showing the last 3 performance ratings you first need to publish the performance ratings to an MDF by using the following workaround : https://blogs.sap.com/2022/05/27/how-to-use-performance-ratings-in-compensation-eligibility-rules/. 2. Regarding multiple ratings, you can use Assignment Based Ratings to do this in Variable Pay.
