Hello everyone! We currently have an established background check company integrated into our SF ATS . However, we're interested in adding another BC company to the tool. Our IT teams advise against having multiple BC vendors in the system due to limitations in mapping, as the SF Integration Center allows only one default vendor. Additionally, our Job Requisition templates are globally shared, which further restricts the setup of another BC vendor since there's only one section designated for this purpose in the Job Requisition. Are there any users of SF who have successfully implemented multiple BC check companies despite these constraints?

Hi Ozge.
As per our Recruiting expert opinion, you could in theory integrate another background check vendor with a different Job requisition template. You could use one template to satisfy one part of the business versus the new one with the new vendor integrated. However you may also need to consider any other integrations such as assessment or interview tools you may be using.
