Multi Rater Rater List

Hi All. I am facing some issues on the Multi Rater process and maybe someone can help me here. My rater list pre-populated with 8 people and I added 200 more and by mistake 2 more people in a category where just 1 person is allowed. Now the system is triggering an error and doesn't let me move the form to the next step.

I tried searching for those names to change the category, but I can only see 70 names, even if I click on sow more.

Has anyone experienced this?

Hi cmp88 ,

As per me there is no specific setting to limit number of employee to display ,You can try below things in test system of yours :

1.Launch a new form in different browser and scroll down again and again to see if employee displays after scrolling to down as per latest release we have to do this

2.Remove the maximum number of raters limit and then send the form to evaluation stage and then follow my previous screenshot to see entire list and check which person was wrongly added and then ,revert the chages of maximum rater count and then launch a new form and using Modify participants remove the unwanted person.

Navigate to summary view as below and then

see the person who was wrongly added as per the category and select him or her and delete as below

Hi Mridul. Many thanks. Unfortunately it does not work, I do not see the "Summary" as the form is still in "Employee Nominates raters". The user added more than 200 raters and the view in the form only shows 100. Any other idea would be gratly appreciated! 🙂
