For the past 6 months, we have been facing issues with VLS with MS Teams. First, the Event Durations were missing in the API from Microsoft. With that value missing, the VLS Attendance Process could not process completions.
Then, we saw issues with the Event Durations being inflated (more or less doubled), which was negatively impacting the minimum attendance percentage for our learners. (People who attended the required amount of time were not meeting the "minimum" due to the inflated Event Duration.)
We have a couple of ongoing tickets open with Microsoft, but we aren't getting answers. With so many customers, we can't believe that we would be the only ones experiencing these issues with VLS.
Has anyone had issues similar to ours with the VLS using MS Teams, and were the issues resolved?
