MS Teams SF LMS Instructor

Hi All,

When ever we create an instructor account in SF LMS for Teams, do we have to provide the instructor details to Azure team to provide permission/add account for instructor in Azure.

or

Once we add instructor, does the account gets created in Azure Automatically.
