Hi SF & SF Community,
I am wondering if anyone has started testing on the MS Teams Integration for Learning Reminders?
We have set it up for our Test system and so far the results are not what I was expecting:
Is this expected behaviour or is there something else we need to do to ensure the reminders are triggered when the due date drops below 30days?
I am also interested to know whether we can pause the reminders? When we revise items, we usually turn off our email notifications so that people are not notified that they are reassigned the newest revision. I'd like to know whether we can do the same for the Teams reminders?
Finally, we are also rolling out CPM, if we chose to use the Teams App for Request / Give Feedback but not for learning reminders (or vice versa), can some of the Teams App functionality be turned off?
Thanks,
Jo

SAP have confirmed that this is expected behaviour. The user will only get learning reminders if the learning assignments are already overdue or created within the 30days of their due dates. Our initial periods are usually set at 90days and we need the functionality more for our retraining than our initial training so will opt out until the functionality is enhanced.
In the meantime, I've raised an influence request for the functionality to align with the To Do tiles on the home page:
